Who we’re looking for

  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a CTO, CIO, CISO or VP/Head of Engineering, preferably with exposure to multiple industries.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead tech teams, launch products, and scale businesses.
  • Strategic Thinker: Be able to align tech strategy with business goals and identify opportunities to cut costs, accelerate growth & maximize ROI.
  • Hands-On: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and engage with teams to solve technical challenges.
  • Excellent Communicator: Be comfortable working directly with CEOs, founders, and executive teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Adaptability: Be able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and work with companies at various stages of growth.
