Who we’re looking for
- Proven Experience: At least 10 years of experience as a CTO or VP/Head of Engineering, preferably with exposure to multiple industries.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead tech teams, launch products, and scale businesses.
- Strategic Thinker: Be able to align tech strategy with business goals and identify opportunities to cut costs, accelerate growth & maximize ROI.
- Hands-On: Be willing to roll up your sleeves and engage with teams to solve technical challenges.
- Excellent Communicator: Be comfortable working directly with CEOs, founders, and executive teams to provide actionable insights.
- Adaptability: Be able to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and work with companies at various stages of growth.

How to join as a Fractional CTO
- Step 1: Send us your details and tell us why you’re a good fit to join the team.
- Step 2: We’ll schedule an initial call to discuss your experience, goals, and what you’re looking for in a Fractional CTO role.
- Step 3: You’ll undergo a technical and leadership assessment to ensure your skills align with the needs of our clients.
- Step 4: Once you’re on board, we’ll start onboarding you into our systems and assets.
- Step 5: We’ll start placing you in relevant tech projects with great clients.
